1 1/2 acres of fenced in land, free to roam to your hearts content. Water bottles, water bowls, puppy treats, poop bags, trash receptacle, dog toys, chairs and sunshade all provided for you on property. Puppy paw water spout, dog toys, agility training supplies, lots of open space with small hills to run on. Surrounding farm and wild life to view. **WATER SPIGOT IS IN THE DRIVEWAY OR IN THE PLAY YARD ON THE BUILDING. ** this property is primarily a daycare. There will be people in and out of the driveway during peak traffic hours. If you want complete privacy, it’s best to book after 6pm or during the weekend.

Peaceful Partially Fenced 10 Acres with Pond and Creek In Celina

Property is located on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. All surrounding houses sit on acreage, so neighbors and their pets are seldom seen. All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.
