Howling Moon Fully Fenced 1 Acre Private Dog Park

I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Just added an automatic tennis ball launcher for the pups. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage to guide you in. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink tub for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poop baggies provided and at two different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have 150ft of patio lighting and an LED flood light around the main area of the Sniff Spot. The lights are bright and now you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. I am in a profession where I can work nights and sleep during the day. My Sniff Spot is open 24/7 and I also cater to the day sleepers and night awake folks. You can book at 2:00am if you choose. The main area of the Sniff Spot is fully lit with the hung patio lights. Pictures are posted. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. We just moved back to the area from Washington, DC and are in the process of transitioning our petcare business here. Until we get our daycare, kennel free boarding, walks, and training programs up and running, we'd love for other dogs to make use of our nearly 3 acre property.

My home has a third of an acre- double lot I’ve worked to be a place for my dog and myself to enjoy. Anyone in need of a quiet tucked away place to let their pooch sniff and roll and run and poop is welcome. Private large yard with 6 foot privacy fence. Water faucet available. No close neighbors with dogs to run the fence and interrupt your off leash time with your pet.

(During winter months bring your own doggie water) Diggers are not welcome.
