Please be careful with kids. Travertine tile can be slippery if wet. 😇 Also there’s a cooler with cold water, ice pack and RO ice for humans or dogs. It says open me on lid.

Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Welcome to Sunny Day Lawn! 🐾 A spacious, private backyard with a large open lawn made for running, playing fetch, sniffing, and exploring. Our yard is surrounded by fruit trees, plants, and plenty of interesting smells for curious pups. While your dog runs loose, kick back and relax on our outdoor couch under the shade umbrella. We provide tennis balls, fresh water, poop bags, and access to the garden hose for pups who love to cool off and play in the water. You’ll also have access to our back porch utility sink with soap for washing up after your visit. Your reservation is your time to enjoy the yard—come relax and let your pup run, sniff, and play! Private access is through the gate in our carport :)

This is one day every two weeks for irrigation in spring and every three in the winter. You may request a puppy water day and we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. We absolutely adore our dogs, (Kian + Bruna = Kuna 😉), so we decided to build them their dream yard, and now we’re excited to share it with you! Kuna’s Corner offers a variety of activities designed to keep pups engaged and excited. Dogs have plenty of room to zoom, climb and balance on the custom playset and tire pyramid, zig-zag along logs, dig in the designated digging area, or chase tennis balls and other toys. The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person.

Christopher's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Phoenix

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. There is a pool bathroom on the west side of the house that dan be accessed through the west gate. This can be used during your stay. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions :) Chris
