Dog Park Rules • Park users and dog owners assume all risk related to dog park use. • Park Hours 6:00am to 10:00pm unless otherwise stated. • Dog handlers must have a leash in their possession at all times. • Dogs must be under voice control and in sight of handlers at all times. • Gates must be closed after entrance and exit. • Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be leashed and removed immediately. • Owner must clean up and properly dispose of waste left by their dog. • Puppies must be older than six months old before than can enjoy the park. • Limit of three dogs per person per visit. • Owners must cover any holes their dog(s) dig. • Un-neutered male dogs and female dogs in heat shall not be permitted off leash. • Children younger than 12 are not allowed inside the off-leash exercise area unless accompanied by an adult. Adults should refrain from bring small children and toddlers to the dog park, at no time should they be allowed to chase or tease dogs. • Each owner or handler is legally and financially responsible for the actions of their dogs in the off-leash exercise area. • All dogs must have current vaccinations and should be healthy and free from contagious disease and parasites • Never leave dogs unattended. • Food (human and dog) and glass containers are not permitted.
