Perfect place if you have reactive dogs that you would like to let run off leash and gets lots of sniffs of trees & plants and chase a couple birds. We do have 3 dogs that will be inside while your dogs are there. *PLEASE READ* We apologize for any toys or droppings that our dogs left in the yard as they are out regularly and we only have time to clean so often. We ask that you do not go on the deck but feel free to swing in the swings!

If home, we will provide water in the bowl. Please park in the gravel portion of the drive and enter the yard at the gate where Snoopy is! Lock it behind you please! Extra poop bags are available and can be disposed of in the green garbage cans in the driveway. Thanks for being neat and tidy!

Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.

We have a beautiful large fenced in backyard just adjacent to a wooded area. Plenty of shade available. Plenty of parking in our driveway. And, we have Leo who is a social 2 year old 42lb mini Newfypoo who is willing to come out and play with you, if desired. Fence and driveway were just upgraded last summer, so come play and enjoy! Please note that there are 3 gate entrances (2 more in addition to the one you will enter from the driveway; one along the woods and another on the side of the house). We regularly check to ensure that the gates are latched but please be sure to double check yourself as sometimes we are not home in between visitors. The fence is otherwise secure throughout.

Beautiful acreage in a convenient location in Morgantown. On a quiet dead end street. We keep most of the lower field, which is the largest area, mowed for easy walking and play. Up the hill we keep a few walking paths cleared. We also have a trail through woods which has direct access to the Rail Trail through the back of our property.

Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby!
