Welcome to Your Dog’s Private Paradise! Looking for a peaceful place where your dog can run free? Our 2-acre, fully fenced private yard offers plenty of room to zoom, sniff, explore, and relax. The property is flat, well-maintained, and surrounded by mature trees that provide abundant shade throughout the day, creating a comfortable environment for both dogs and their humans. We are conveniently located just 2 miles from Prettyboy Dam and only minutes from several NCR Trail access points, making it the perfect destination before or after a hike with your pup. Whether you have a high-energy pup that needs room to run or a reactive dog that enjoys quiet, private spaces, you’ll have the entire property to yourselves. With very few visible neighbors and trees lining the property, it’s a calm, secluded setting away from the crowds. Bringing the family? We also have a separate children’s play area available. You’re welcome to use it during your visit, but please do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. We’d love to host you and your four-legged companion. We are centrally located. Easy access with off street parking. **FOUR PERSON MAXIMUM PER VISIT** THE NEW "PLAYMATES" FEATURE IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS SNIFFSPOT LOCATION. ALL DOGS IN YOUR BOOKING MUST BE ACQUAINTED. NO FIRST TIME INTRODUCTIONS ALLOWED. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property at any time during Sniffspot visits. This includes infants in carriers.

🚗 LOCATED IN SYKESVILLE, MD (Carroll County) 💦 KIDDIE POOL IS UP 💦 We refill the kiddie pool with fresh water every morning, and clean it throughout the day with the pool net. If you want your dog to have fresh water for your visit, please add the kiddie pool extra and we will dump and refill with fresh water right before your visit. 🚨Rules🚨 • Digging allowed behind the shed only. • Pick up poop. We have two poop bag stations, and a trash can. • Place used bowls in the “dirty” bin on the side of the shed. • Put toys/tennis balls back in the toy boxes. •Close gate behind you when you leave. ** The pool is not available to guests at this time. ** 🎉 Events / Parties Welcome 🎉 Message us prior to booking. Please include number of dogs and people/cars in your message. 📍Spot Details 📍 Large open, fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car beds, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including tons of tennis balls, and several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

100 Acre Unfenced Private Fields, Trails, Ponds & Streams

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Zen Paw Ranch

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Reese's Dog Friendly Waterpark

Bring your pup to our serene backyard where Reese loves to swim and play! We have a beautiful, heated in-ground salt pool open through October, plenty of seating with an umbrella, and a fully fenced one-acre yard for sniffing! We kindly ask no humans in the pool, only dogs may swim. For safety and security, please know there are outside cameras recording. We can't wait to host you and your pup! We kindly ask that you refrain from arriving more than five minutes early, as we often have guests back-to-back and need time to clean and tidy for your visit to make sure it's ready for your pup fun! 13 acres of private riverfront woods with lots of access to water, a small island, sandy spots, fallen trees for jumping and sniffing, grassy hill, wetlands, and multiple easy access spots to the river for wading, swimming, and retrieving. Safe swimming for dogs and humans. Access point for kayaks. Very low current and shallow water at this point in the river.
