Description

Hey there, thanks for checking us out! We own the best spot around to give your reactive dog the freedom she/he needs! We have 6 ponds on the property along with around 25 acres of land, trails and an agility course! There’s several ducks, chickens, deer, turkey and dogs that live on the property that are good with other dogs however this is ONLY UPON REQUEST! We also offer specialized dog training at an additional charge. Give me a call at 803-677-5223 for any questions or concerns! I am not liable for any harm caused to guests dogs that is caused by things out of my control.

HOST NOTE

Be cautious of snakes and other wildlife that may cause harm to you or your animals however it is unlikely you’ll see anything that can cause potential harm. There’s even a dog life jacket if you’d love to see your dog swim! Be as safe as possible as I’m not liable for any harm caused by things out of my control, however have as much fun with your furry friends as humanly possible!

There are literally no other rules however I must make it clear that I am not liable for any harm caused to you or your dog that is caused by factors out of my control. Even send your dog after any of the wildlife such as ducks, chickens etc!

We have 7 1/2 acres but about 5 acres are cleared, surrounded by trees that naturally mark the boundaries of our land — if you reach the trees, you’ve reached the edge of the property. Our home sits back from the road. Simply follow the driveway to the house and park next to our cars. We respect your privacy and won’t bother you during your visit, so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. You might see our friendly dog near the house — she wears a perimeter collar and can’t leave her area, but she’s curious and sweet. Amenities: 🐾 Fresh water available (hose at the back of the house) 🌳 5 cleared acres of open field surrounded by trees 🦌 Frequent wildlife visitors (deer, turkey, songbirds, and more) 🥪 Picnic-friendly environment 🚶‍♀️ A simple walking path along the left side of the land Notes: This spot is unfenced, so please keep your dog within the open field area. Wildlife sightings are common — a great experience for nature-loving dogs and owners! The space is quiet and private, perfect for off-leash exercise, training, or relaxing together.
