Due to the Forest Creek Ravine type terrain, the hazards we may foresee are those hazards normally found on a forest terrain: occasional fallen branches or trees, sharp sticks and trunks, possible holes in ground, wild life and after a drizzle or rain, they may be a little creek running through the middle of the playground crossable by foot, and of course insect activity (bug spray advisable), including spiders. Please ask questions prior to booking.

No open fires, no human food and no hunting wild life, and please collect after your dog. In addition, please be reminded the outside sitting are not swing or rockers; for your own safety we advise not to rock into the chairs. If you wish to place memory rocks in our Memory Rock Garden, you are welcome. Thank you.🐾

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating under our brand new pergolas. There’s a living room area plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella.
