555 star spot. Our pup Molly (and us) had a great time here! Well secured, HUGE yard, nice dock to jump from and easy light sloping entry for pups as well. This was our first chance to swim with our dog somewhere and her first time to go past where her little feet could touch. She even jumped off the dock once! The lily pad float was an added bonus and super fun for us all. And there’s a great burger spot on the water up the road that allows dogs on the patio. Made for an excellent day adventure from home in Austin.

Description

This half an acre property is gently sloping to 140 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront. It is fully fenced except for the waterfront portion. Dogs love sniffing all of the nooks and crannies, they enjoy zooming around the giant yard and then (some) will cool off in the water. There is a ramp at the water so pups can go in as much or as little as they want. It’s a great way to introduce water play to your dog. Water-loving dogs will have a blast swimming and fetching in this quiet cove with it’s No Wake Zone.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
