Yard is fully fenced around the land sides however there is 140 feet of waterfront on Lake LBJ that is not fenced to be accessible to dogs and people. The water acts as a natural barrier.

Description

This half an acre property is gently sloping to 140 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront. It is fully fenced except for the waterfront portion. Dogs love sniffing all of the nooks and crannies, they enjoy zooming around the giant yard and then (some) will cool off in the water. There is a ramp at the water so pups can go in as much or as little as they want. It’s a great way to introduce water play to your dog. Water-loving dogs will have a blast swimming and fetching in this quiet cove with it’s No Wake Zone.
