It’s a seasonal blend of perennial ryegrass and Zeon Zoysia in the winter, transitioning to pure Zeon Zoysia in the summer, meaning it stays thick, green, and incredibly comfortable year-round. The yard is fully fenced, giving your dog plenty of room to run freely and safely. There’s ample space for fetch (balls provided), zoomies, or just stretching out in the sun. Massive oak trees provide beautiful shade throughout the day, so it stays cool even in the Texas heat. And honestly, this is the only Sniffspot in Austin that’s truly picnic-worthy.
