While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. Private, Fully Fenced Dog Retreat 🐾 Enjoy the back half of our private property — a spacious, secure area perfect for off-leash play and relaxed visits. Arrival: Please text upon arrival. Park at the end of the driveway in front of the RV garage. Enter through the first chain-link gate with your dog on leash. Turn left and walk past the pool to the second chain-link gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must remain on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced with a combination of chain-link, wood fencing, and deer fencing. Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. There is also a trampoline in the yard — if your dog hops up on it, that’s perfectly fine! Included Amenities • Balls & tug toys (basket on the table) • Seating with table and chairs • Bottled water for guests • Fresh water for dogs • Hose (located near the entry by the RV garage) • Waste bags (attached to toy basket) • Trash can located next to the gate entrance Please clean up after your pup before leaving. The garden has a beautiful fountain with a constant quiet and vibrant environment where classic music can be therapeutic way to get your dog comfortable. Also as you can see there's a table where my guest and I have conversations, so your dog will feel like in home. Also in case is hot inside no worries we can stay inside in a cooler environment. Yards this large are rare in Austin! It backs up to a creek which adds some nice smells and sights for your pups :) The yard is fully fenced, with a latch on the gate to keep your pups secure. There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together 🥰 There is a picnic table and a hammock available as well. There is also a waste bin for you. Please enjoy our space!
