We have welded wire fencing around play pasture. It is 5-6 ft tall. All of the gates have been wired to prevent gaps. I am working towards making play area deer proof. I have closed all gaps in gates and wired them closed.

Description

Located on the KITSAP PENINSULA and just a 3 minute drive from the KINGSTON ferry Terminal. I have a little over 1 acre of fully fenced, grassy play area. There is a short walk from your car, over fairly smooth grass. The pasture has a small slope with flatter areas towards the bottom. I am working on adding shade cloth and other amenities. Watch the eagles overhead, a red-tailed hawk (usually being followed by a crow) and the occasional sea plane. I run a small business out of my home that keeps me busy. I keep my pasture available for the times I am not previously booked with work.

We ask that you do not go outside the play area or beyond the blocked off gates. There is a steep cliff just east of my property. If you loose ball or toy, let me know and I will help you out.

Additional rules

It's important that you don't arrive before your reserved time. On busy days I use all of my 30 minutes between guests to make sure everything is clean for your dog and that there is fresh water and all the toys are picked up I. also have my dogs that I need to take care of. Please park next to the travel trailer. Occasionally we have deliveries and I try to keep a turn around spot open for them. I can accommodate up to two cars. If there is a second car, please park the second car behind the first car parking is limited. please keep your pups leashed until in play area. No digging, please redirect your pup. I'm sorry, for their safety, at this time we are not set up to have children on the property. we also ask that nobody leaves the fenced area going towards the forest/ocean . There are hazards back there Including a cliff. If you loose a ball or toy just let me know and I will help you out. The play area is large and in the 30 minutes between guests, I have a lot to do. Please message me if you see a area that needs my attention. I work hard to keep it clean.

I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
