The property has a secure gated entry so you and your pup can relax and enjoy your time together. One client at a time • I only host one client at a time, so it is just you and your dog(s) in the yard. • This is ideal for reactive, shy, or young dogs who need a quiet, controlled environment. Daytime and night play • Daytime sessions for fetch, training games, and free play. • Night-time exercise available so your dog can enjoy using their natural night vision in a safe, enclosed space. Amenities included • Spring pool for splash and cool‑down play. • Fetch toys, balls, and bats provided. • Fresh, clean water always available for your dog.

Hi there! We have a big backyard that my dogs enjoy often. It is fully fenced yard but you could see any pedestrian or dog that walks on the street, about 25 ft away. I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Note - if you are booking a visit between 7am and 9am, please make sure you give us at least 12 hour notice. That way we can make sure we clean up before your visit.

The other side is just a flat piece of land, don't mind the vehicles park on the property they are just stored. The land has holes and uneven pieces so be careful when you walk around It is partially fence so I wouldn't recommend it if your dog likes to run away or like to explore. Please park after going through the gate on the gravel path

We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed.
