Larger back yard with green space to run, and front yard is a bit smaller with 3 smaller fruit trees. With an enclosed sunroom with chairs to sit in if it is raining/snowing, you can enjoy your time. While there are children in the home, they will not be in the yard when you are. However, please give me a heads up if your dog isn't a fan of children and I'll be extra sure to keep them inside. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything, at any point! I'm happy to help. Please note there are small gaps in the fence that tiny dogs could potentially get through. As well as security cameras around the house. These are to monitor the children, and not you. They will not be looked at unless you request us to find a funny moment!

Fully fenced and secure private field located just off West Saanich Road. A great space for dogs to run, explore, and enjoy some off-leash time in a safe environment. The field is spacious, grassy, and fully enclosed, making it ideal for exercise, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Easy parking is available right at the entrance for convenient access. While the field is visible from the road, there are no visible animals nearby, making it a calm and distraction-free space for most dogs. Neighbourhood note: A Department of National Defence rifle range operates nearby on Wallace Drive, and occasional training sounds may sometimes be heard. Our dogs, farm animals, and most visiting dogs are comfortable with this environment, but very noise-sensitive dogs may find this challenging. Bathroom available on site is now located in an outhouse close to where you park your car. Please let us know if it needs cleaning it is checked throughout the day. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There is a barn hose if you need water text or call glenn 2508962860. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs. Please keep dogs leashed until you are in the designated enclosed area. There is a 30 minute gap between bookings so you dont run into a dog leaving the field.
