Paws & Splash Retreat offers a fenced yard where your dog can run, play, and swim. With over 35 years of pet care experience, we ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. For water-loving dogs, the pool is available for swimming fun. The covered patio area is perfect for relaxing. During your visit, our friendly pets will be put up so your dog(s) can enjoy the space freely. We’re pet sitters and keep the pool safety fence around the pool up for our older pets who don’t see as well and to separate our cat (she loves to play and lay around the pool). Whether your pup wants to splash in the pool or lounge in the shade, they’ll have a great time at Paws & Splash Retreat!

Welcome Pups! We have an open .5 acre fully fenced in area for your pets to run and play. We also house Goats and Chickens for a fun view. Picnic tables to sit at or play on. Plenty of space to get the zoomies out and leave with a tired friend. This farm is a Agritourism site as designated by the signs posted on the property.
Property is .85 acres nestled between 2 side streets. Freedom to roam the entire property! Great location, perfect for running, playing, fetching, and digging-with lots of lizards to hunt, and curious dogs will love the wide variety of scents! We usually leave during your time to ensure your uninterrupted play, I am available by phone. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or special requests. We will accommodate if possible. We hope you have a wonderful time!
Great spot for your special dog to romp in.
Note: If you need to get in touch with me, you can try me at 8*1*3 8-2-2 - 8-0-8-8. Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!
Beautiful corner lot in Brandon FL. Easy access from HWY 60 and I75. Parking for large vehicles is available
We keep a well maintained fully fenced half acre yard for our dogs and dog guests. The fence is 4 ft tall and has a large chained gate for easy entry and secure closure. The grass is kept mowed short except a trail we created for the dogs running along one side of the property along the fence line and through the ferns. It’s one of the dogs favorite places to run and explore. Ample fresh water is always provided in large bowls and buckets plus a hose close by to refill as needed. Balls and frisbees (flexible Kong ones, safe for teeth) are always outside as well as a small agility course with weave poles, two jumps, a place marker and tunnel. We do keep chickens and geese in a pen in the back of the yard, most dogs are curious but generally ignore them so I do ask that you don’t allow your dog(s) to harass them. They’re very used to being around dogs and aren’t generally afraid of them walking by. I scoop poop daily so the yard is pretty clean and safe to walk around without any risk of stepping in anything. The poop scooper and trash bin are by the front of the fence, but poop bags are also available upon request. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and have had recent fecals done so we know they are parasite free. I also do dogsitting on Rover and ask the same of those doggy guests as well so everyone remains healthy and safe. While I do have 5 of my own dogs, one is reactive (so I get it) and one doesn’t like most new dogs so I’m more than happy to keep them all inside during your stay and out of your dogs’ sight. If it does happen to rain, I have a spacious lanai where you and your pup can wait it out if you want to! For human amenities I do have one bathroom inside, bottled water, a fire pit and 4 outdoor chairs. If you need anything at all don’t hesitate to ask! I have a million dog supplies and we are constantly improving our yard. We only purchased this house in September so it gets better constantly.
