Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool or play in the lemongrass, either way, there is something for your dog to do. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊

The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! We have a huge lawn and area to run and play - all grass and plenty of space. We do have chickens in coop.

Frequently Asked Questions This is my first time with Sniffspot, what can I expect at CC Dog Park? Your first experience will be completely private, no other dogs or people will be around during your visit. You have the freedom to play, run, or walk around the property. When you get here, we will give you a tour of the property and then leave you for the hour. We have a picnic table with umbrella you can sit at during your stay. Will there be other dogs around? No. Upon your visit, our dogs will be kept inside while you’re outside. No other distractions except the possibility of seeing neighboring dogs. Heartland Place is the perfect spot for the furry family in your life and humans of all ages too! (One guest is included with your reservation to use our playground but additional guests would need to pay admission to our playground if they want to enjoy it!) We have restrooms and trash cans for disposal, but you will need to bring your own bags to clean up after your pets!
