Hello dear friends of Overland Park. I am Tulga from Mongolia. Living in this wonderful city for couple of years. I was blessed to buy house in the heart of old Overland Park downtown and happy to share my backyard (an acre) for your wonderful dogs. Please bear with me i am new homeowner and have lots to do in my backyard.

Hi, we have 9 acres of land with a large fully stocked fishing and swimming pond and walking/riding trails in the woods around our home. 2 seperate trails for you and your dog to enjoy. Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friend as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available. This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) Please feel free to post photos of your pup/pups enjoying our yard

I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Just added an automatic tennis ball launcher for the pups. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage to guide you in. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink tub for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poop baggies provided and at two different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have 150ft of patio lighting and an LED flood light around the main area of the Sniff Spot. The lights are bright and now you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. The main area of the Sniff Spot is fully lit with the hung patio lights. Pictures are posted. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. A small house with a nice, large yard that your dog(s) will love! Please know that there is a chain link fence shared with the neighbors whose dogs are sometimes out.

Don't worry about the weather we have indoor and outdoor space to play. Clean restrooms and snacks available for purchase. We are a doggy daycare and Kitty Cafe but frequently have slow days where we can allow for private play for your dog/dogs.

7 acres right outside city limits overlooking Salt Creek Valley. Partially (3 sides) cow fence, 3+ acre field, 1+ acre wooded area with deer trails, 2 water spigots, mowed yard with flat spots great for fetch, picnic table, walking trail for exploring beautiful views. Pool off limits. Fenced in area in front of house off limits. Park at the end of the driveway and hop out to start your adventure.

This will be the most unique spot your dog has ever been!! Introduce your dog to some other animal friends, goats, mini pigs, all safely behind fence for your dog to meet! Trails outside of fence, right in the city!!
