Description

HUGE fenced in backyard. Mowed weekly in the summertime. Plenty of room for your pup to run safely. We don't get much use out of our yard, so would love for you to take advantage of it! Please pick up after your pooch, but I'll bring out a bowl of water for them to sit on the porch. Feel free to relax on our patio while your dog runs off some energy! I'll keep a tote on the back with tennis balls, and more poop bags if needed. Please leave the toys for other dogs to enjoy!

Hi, my name is Breanna and my husband is Stu and we're BIG animal lovers! We don't get much use out of our backyard, so we'd love for your pup to come enjoy it! Stu is a local attorney, and I'm an author who is at home most of the day at my desk working on my next novel. We've got three indoor cats, but are no strangers to pups. Come bring your pups over to safely run around and enjoy some room to play! Our spot is named in honor of our late boston terrier, Yoda. She passed away shortly after we moved into this house from old age. She was a very reactive (to other dogs) dog, so we never really had a safe space to let her run freely, and she would have loved this yard. She got about two months of enjoying it (though she was blind in the end) before she passed. We hope that your dogs, reactive or not, get a chance to enjoy the safety of our yard versus going to a public dog park.

It's a natural space for the dogs to run, dig, sniff, or just sunbathe. It can be a bit steep in some areas and the Josephine road can be tricky when the weather gets icy. Bring a chair or wander through the trees and let your dog explore. The area is part forest and if you follow the top fence, it will take you over to a small, open field.
