This is not a regular sized backyard, it is very open flat and long, backing up to W. Peakview Drive. You will have enough space to throw the ball especially if you go to the west side of the yard. There is also an enclosed patio with 3 televisions if you want to watch a game or 3. There are so many seating options for everyone to find comfort while the pups play.

Just sharing the love of providing an easy, quiet place for dogs in the Denver community. Great area to get work done while your dog explores. Convenient location. Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Our yard has been much loved by our Rover guests! It is fully fenced and contains chairs, a bench, a table, outlets, lights, and internet. We can provide a few toys to play with, and there are plenty of sticks around. Parking on the side street directly faces the yard. Our friendly neighbor dog Groot will sometimes come say hi!
