To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Neighbor does have a dog who is occasionally outside. Park on driveway or street. Come in on either side of the house through the gate. There is a sink and bowl of water if you’d like to pour your dog a freshie. We use a dog poop composting service so you can reduce your “pawprint”

Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Resident dog: she's the sweetest rescue from NM; mama dog with a tough past, but not a mean bone in her body, she just wants love. Occasional warning barks, but otherwise sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock dog door. Outlets for music, wifi, large picnic table. **Neighbors are quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch tv in their yard, but not all the time.
