Our English Bulldog will always stay inside during your booking, so the yard is completely yours to enjoy. 🐶 A few quick rules: • 💩 PLEASE pick up after your pup and dispose of waste properly. When we are at work or out and about, we will sometimes be unable to do poop checks for the next visit. This will help keep the yard clean for all guests. • 🌱 No digging. • 🧸 Please return any furniture and toys to where you found them before leaving. • 👀 Please supervise your dog at all times. • 💦 We usually leave fresh water out. Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Convenient location, well lit yard at night, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. clean water; dog toys and treats; fire pit; sitting area. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Resident dog: she's the sweetest rescue from NM; mama dog with a tough past, but not a mean bone in her body, she just wants love. Occasional warning barks, but otherwise sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock dog door. Outlets for music, wifi, large picnic table. **Neighbors are quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch tv in their yard, but not all the time. Private hiking trail 8000 feet, open walking area at 8000 feet, flat areas, some hills, good hiking, very private. Amazing views up top. Some spots requiring hiking in the woods, somewhat steep terrain. This is a mountain property with several flat play areas but some areas up top require a hike.

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations.
