I will be getting a new street facing fence soon but it's gated. Please enter on the south side of the house (facing house/choose left side) right side is tied up. You will see why. There are dogs behind me that will bark if they're out side but the owners seem to bring them in right away. Sort of like being at a dog park with a fence between you and them. There's a doggy bowl and bags if needed and feel free to use the trash at the right side of the house. Have fun!

My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Based on the season, it looks a little different. In the spring before the pasture is hayed, I mow trails through it. (Keep in mind when it rains or sometimes in the fall, it can get a little wet in the northwest section… but the other areas always stay dry.) When the summer comes, the pasture is hayed thereby offering a vast playground. When the winter comes in, it’s a fun place to play when it snows.
