Description

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Come visit in the winter-bring snowshoes and have fun romping around with your best friend. Happy to help with any questions. Hope you and your furry family enjoy your time! (Please discourage your dogs from peeing on my newly planted trees-thanks!)

The conditions of my field changes, depending on the time of year. Please feel free to reach out and ask about the conditions (height of grass, wet spots from farm irrigation etc). There are a few water irrigation ditches that run through the property. Depending on time of year, part of the field may be wet from irrigation water or snow melt, but dogs usually love this part :) Route 402 can be busy depending on the time you visit. I recommend that owners wear closed toe shoes, as the grass can be tall and itchy sometimes. Please note this is a field with varying types and heights of grasses, not manicured lawn :)

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day and 10 acres fully fenced for sniffspot reservations. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. **Summer note-dog pool water will be changed once a day for 2026 due to water restrictions and costs. This is so we do not need to increase the sniffspot fee** We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. Occasionally, the horses have access to the field during non sniffspot hours so there will be delicious horse poop, some dogs will eat it and others not. Most dogs process horse poop very well and many vets will tell you it’s good for their gut. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit.
