Dogs must be under control at all times (verbal or leash control). All dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the property. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s). No aggressive or uncontrollable dogs permitted. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests assume all risks related to natural terrain, including uneven ground, wooded areas, wildlife, and changing weather conditions. Please pick up after your dog(s) and remove all waste. Do not access restricted or marked areas. No digging, destruction, or damage to property. Close all gates and respect property boundaries. No smoking, fires, or littering on the property. The host is not responsible for injuries, lost pets, or damages. Failure to follow rules may result in removal and/or banning from future bookings.
