For everyone's safety: * Please use the fire pit responsibly and only when permitted. * Never leave a fire unattended. * Keep dogs and children a safe distance from the fire pit. * Please do not move or damage outdoor chairs or furniture. * Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving. * Please leave the fire pit and seating area clean and ready for the next guest. **9. Pool & Hot Tub Access Is Not Permitted** For everyone's safety, guests and dogs are not permitted to access or use the pool or hot tub areas. **10. Private Areas Are Off-Limits** Please respect our private residential areas. Guests should remain within the designated Sniffspot space and may not enter the home, garage, or other private areas. You can replace the original Pool & Hot Tub and Private Areas sections with these updated rules.
