“There’s not usually anyone around our house but us but on occasion our neighbors up the road needs stuff out of his barn that is directly in front of our house and he usually has a little dog with him. His dog and him will not bother you and are very friendly.”

Welcome to our Sniffspot! 🐾 We’re excited to share our space with you and your pups. This spot is private, designed for safe off-leash play, sniffing, and relaxing whether your dog needs room to run or just a new place to explore at their own pace. What makes our spot special: * 15 acres! Some is field some is wooded * Clean, regularly maintained space * Fresh water available * Shade, trails, and a shallow pond that is swimmable for your pup. (It’s only roughly 4ft deep) A few things to know before you arrive: * Please pick up after your dog (bags provided) * No aggressive dogs unless pre-approved(don’t be shy let’s talk about it!) * Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise reasonable * Parking is available in our driveway We want every visit to be safe, calm, and fun for both dogs and humans. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out. Thanks for visiting! We hope your dog loves it here as much as ours do!

1. HAVE FUN!!! 2. We ask you leave the area the way you found it. 3. Enjoy the wildlife but please be respectful. 4. Picking up dog poop encouraged but we get it kills the vibe :) (we do a walk through after and will clean anything noticeable) 5. Having your dog on a tick preventative is encouraged as this is a high traffic area for wildlife and you will leave with ticks on you during prime tick season (April-September) tick repellent is recommended. 6. We ask you keep dogs leashed until you are towards the back of the property

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
