Hi! We’re Courtney and Christopher, and we’re excited to share our private backyard with fellow dog lovers. Our fully fenced backyard offers a secure, private space for your pup to run, sniff, play, and cool off. While our yard is not large enough for long-distance recall training, it’s the perfect size for enrichment play, zoomies, training exercises, agility fun, and water breaks. We have two Blue Heelers, Mira and Goose. During your booking, they will either be inside or away from the home to ensure your visit is completely private. We also have three indoor-only cats who will never access the yard. Our neighbors do have a dog. Both properties are fully fenced and secure; however, your dog may occasionally see or hear them through the fence. 💦 Amenities • Fully fenced private backyard • Splash pad • Mini dog pool • Yard agility equipment • Assorted yard toys • Fresh drinking water provided • Two seating areas for humans The yard is checked and maintained regularly to ensure a clean and safe experience. 🐕 Ideal For ✔ Reactive dogs needing private space ✔ Heelers & other high-energy breeds ✔ Water-loving pups ✔ Training sessions (short-distance work, agility, enrichment) ✔ Dogs who need a calm alternative to dog parks 📋 House Rules • Please pick up after your dog • Dogs must be supervised at all times • No digging • Secure the gate when leaving • Please be mindful of neighboring dogs We want every visit to feel relaxed, safe, and enjoyable for both pups and their people.

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! When you arrive the first time, simply text me thrive the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around! Hope to meet you and pup soon.
