Fencing details: We have two available yards for your use separated by a four foot black chain link fence. All are gated so you can confine yourself to smaller spaces or open up the whole yard for use. Seating available in both yards.

Description

Suburban setting featuring a variety of play areas for designed for dogs both open and with equipment. Access to outdoor sink with clean water, bowls, seating and shade. Small pool for wading on warmer days. Enter onto cement patio sanitized daily with table and chairs. Graveled play area opens up to larger grassed yard for running or playing fetch. Quiet neighborhood and corner lot with off and on street parking. Fully privacy fenced area suitable for both larger and smaller dogs. Wifi available on request. WINTER USE OF THE SPOT: We would like to keep the spot open as much as possible in the winter. Here are some guidelines for its use during the snow season. The City of Marlborough does not permit on street parking in the winter. This means you will need to park in our driveway. We make every attempt to plow, sand and salt it for safety but cannot always guarantee conditions. If we cannot get this done or do not feel it is safe for guests, we will close the spot during a storm or post storm for cleanup. We will assess this each morning and from time to time cancellations may occur. We do not use dog safe salt in the driveway, so please use a foot covering for your dog as you would in any public area if your dog is sensitive. In the spot no chemicals are used. The yard will have snow and we generally do not plow pathways unless the snow gets a foot or more deep.

Very easy location to find and instructions to get in was easy to follow. Love the fact that it is a "double" yard so to speak - which is a great setup for anyone looking to introduce two pups who has never met. My pup spent a good 5 to 10 mins just sniffing everywhere. Then we did some recall games in the open yard and I used the tyke toys setup for "paws up" and getting my pup use to putting his head into tight spaces - helps build confidence. Thank you Gale for sharing your yard. Next time I'll bring our flirt pole for some leash free running.

This backyard is awesome and large! Parking and following the instructions was easy and my dog loved running back and forth between the grass, leaves, dirt, and gravel. The fence is sturdy with no gaps or holes. We could hear another dog barking and people in the area. The pictures really don't do its size justice, go see for yourself
