Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed Tuesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

One acre fully fenced. Rocky and sloped. Watch out for holes caused by squirrels, groundhogs, and rabbits. Not ideal for little dogs. No digging especially at fences. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. Water, bowls, toys, and poop bags in black box with yellow lid. Poop scooper and bucket for trash can provided. Please make sure to secure fence when leaving.

Located in Southridge community. Lots of running space, sitting area. Enjoy your breakfast/coffee or lunch on our picnic table while you’re doggie are enjoying themselves 😊

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just South of the residence driveway. A quick call to me when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot sign at the back of the entrance acre. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible encourage your pups to not pounce on the chicken fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers starting around December 1st - June 15th, and dry/brown July 1st -November. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round, and have received wonderful reviews whether it was the dry summer months, or the greener/wet winter months! We have an automatic water spicket for the pups (tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on left, spicket sticking out through fence) and there will be several chairs, small table w/umbrella provided under the pine trees for the grownups! Bring drinks, snacks and enjoy! If I do not have additional guests immediately after your visit, ask and it may be available for you to stay a bit longer than your booked time! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m. We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags! Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance. Enjoy! Arrrffff :)

My yard has a big flat grass area to run and play. Yard will be private for you and your pups. I have a pool that can be rented for an additional cost.

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Run free and have fun!

Our yard is fully fenced with tons to sniff, beautiful views, and a nice breeze! There are multiple seating areas to sit and watch your dogs roam. Water bowls, hoses, hand sanitizer, dog bags, and poop scooper are provided by the entrances. BOOKING/AVAILABILITY: Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. --------------------------------------- TERRAIN: * This is not a manicured lawn. It's more like off-leash hiking through a field. Just like when hiking, foxtails and dry debris can be present depending on the season. It's recommended to check your dog's nose, ears, and paws after a visit. * You may want to wear thicker-soled shoes as the terrain can be rough or bumpy in some areas due to gophers.

Also a side dog run with doghouse. 2 water bowls. Room to toss a ball. Located in first housing tract south of Ocean Ranch center. Convenient walking distance for Encantamar, Harbor Pointe Apts, Seabrook Apts, and Marinita Townhomes residents. Doggy parents are welcome to kick back on the hammock and chill!
