Description

Currently the area is the front yard and wooded area of my private dog boarding hotel and personal property. We will be putting up a fence around the area once the weather cooperates. The location is on a country road conveniently located by I-79, I-80 and the Premier Outlet Mall/Grove City along with many hotels. Perfect place to allow your dog to stretch their legs and fetch a few balls.

A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced
