Description

Our 1/4 acre fenced in back yard is secured with a four foot split rail fence with chicken wire attached. There is plenty of room for dogs to run, sniff and play. We also have a water hose and baby pool. We recommend that your dog(s) are vaccinated due to the occasional raccoon or rabbit we have seen in the backyard. However, our dogs typically keep them away. Plastic bags are supplied to pick up after your dog(s). There are plenty of shaded areas as well, and we have chairs at the entrance that you can take into the yard. Our property backs up to a wooded area and sits back off the street. During the fall, our yard is full of leaves because we purposely do not remove them for environmental reasons. I hope you and your dogs enjoy our yard!

While my boy didn’t have as much fun as expected, it was all to do with his nerves and nothing to do with the sniff spot! There was so much space, provided toys (we brought our our own bc our boy is destructive), provided water bowls, a pool, and a tunnel to run through! We will definitely try again on a day his nerves aren’t so high!

My dog had a good time. This was his first visit so he didn’t play much he just sniffed around the whole time. We will definitely book again!

Our dog Ralph had a blast. The backyard is on a hill which was perfect because he was exhausted after playing fetch up the hill. The kiddy pool was out and filled with clean water with 3 bowls of water all filled. Lots of toys and balls around the yard to play with. Very quiet and private with lots of trees. Thank you for opening your yard!

The first time my dog and I figured out the lay of the land. My dog loved the freedom to explore. She is a rescue and a year old so everything is new to her! I will remember next time to bring my own poop bags. Very nice big area. I felt safe and it didn't take long at all to get there and was easy to find from my house. Thank you! We'll be back! Note that you can hear the owner's dogs barking from inside, but they are in the house safe and secured during your visit.
Host replied: Hello, the reservation came within an hour of the visit, and I was not home to prepare for the visit. This was communicated with the dog owner. I always have a toy box with treats and potty bags included when I’m able to prepare. Also, when I am able to prepare, my dogs do not know there are visitors and do not bark. When I left that morning I didn’t know a reservation would be made. Thank you.

They had toys and water and a baby pool out for us. And some chairs. Definatley a steep hill but the dogs loved it!

Was a nice time. Very nice of Jenni to share her backyard. She provided toys, clean water, a doggy pool, sprinkler & hose set, plastic bags for poop pick up and chairs! Highly recommend. Just remember to bring bug spray so you don’t get bit in the summer (:
