Description

Private Dog Training & Enrichment Yard – Fully Fenced & Secure Welcome to my Sniffspot! This spacious, fully fenced yard offers a safe and enriching environment for your dog to explore, train, and play. Whether your pup enjoys running, sniffing, or tackling agility equipment, this is the perfect spot to let them burn energy and have fun. Features: ✅ Fully fenced (4-5 ft fencing) – Secure for most dogs ✅ Agility equipment – A-frame, tunnels, and more for training or fun ✅ Spacious grassy area – Perfect for fetch, zoomies, or scent work ✅ Quiet and private – Ideal for reactive or shy dogs ✅ Parking available on-site Note: My neighbors have two dogs who may occasionally be outside, but the fencing provides a solid barrier between properties. If your dog is highly reactive, please keep this in mind when booking. We are continuously working to improve this space and will be adding new features over time to enhance the experience for both you and your pup! As a professional dog trainer, I’ve designed this space to be safe, engaging, and accommodating for dogs of all sizes and activity levels. Feel free to use the equipment or simply enjoy a peaceful, stress-free playtime with your pup! Book your visit today and let your dog enjoy a private adventure!

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. The pond is pretty cool too. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎 The pool is off limits

5 acres

Welcome to Mattis Manor: Where Good Dogs Go Feral 🐾🌾 Come stretch those legs, sniff ALL the things, and enjoy 5 beautiful acres of country freedom! Our property features a gorgeous spring-fed pond perfect for exploring, splashing, and cooling off after some serious zoomies. Wander the grassy paths, explore the fields, and let your dog’s nose lead the adventure. There are also two barns open for supervised sniffing and exploring—because apparently five acres wasn’t enough adventure. 😂 And the best part? Our little slice of dog heaven is surrounded by approximately 100 acres of beautiful farmland, giving you that peaceful, wide-open-country feeling away from the hustle, bustle, and distractions of town. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, splash, explore, work on recall, or simply wander around pretending they own the place, Mattis is graciously willing to share his kingdom. 5 acres. Spring-fed pond. Two barns. Country views. Endless sniffs. Mattis Lee has inspected the premises and officially declared it FERAL APPROVED. 👑🐊

It’s a pretty spacious yard. There’s plenty of places to sit down and relax. Picnic table to eat at if you want. There’s trash cans available for garbage. There’s a canopy for shade as well. Dogs are welcome to go under the porch if they want to I’ve not had any issues with ticks or anything like that but obviously you would wanna keep an eye on that yourself.. Mowgli is a friendly dog if your dog wants a friend he’s always happy to run them around and wear them out. If you prefer private quiet visit, please let me know so that I can ensure that you have some peace because he will want to say hello otherwise regardless of a window.
