Beautiful dog park!
This spot is a lovely, securely-fenced and shady place for dogs to play. There were treats and water kindly provided. Our two pups had a great time!
If you are visiting New Paltz with your pup, don't miss a trip to Laney's place! Very conveniently located - you can visit a friend/student at SUNY New Paltz, enjoy walking around this pup-friendly town, maybe get a bite to eat at a dog - friendly cafe - and cap off the day with a relaxing trip to Laney's. Indy and Ruger had a great time sniffing, sniffing, sniffing - every rock, stick and boulder. There were toys, dog treats, tons of tennis balls - water - even books for the humans and beautiful sitting areas. Clearly much attention was given to every detail. If you have a very reactive pup, they might be distracted, but most dogs should be fine. (I happen to have a very reactive Australian Shepard.) I couldn't help but think what a perfect place it would be on a hot summer day - so shady and cool! We had a great time! Thank you!
Great spot! Varied terrain (hills, rocks, trees) made it more interesting for my dog. Anything we could possibly have needed (balls, chuck-it, treats, bags, comfy bench for people) was available. Sturdy fence. We had a great time and would love to return!
Yard was nice with a lot of things to explore. Our dogs had a great time!
Great Sniffspot! Lots of rocks and trees for sniffing, and the doggies had fun chasing each other around. Beautiful porch for sitting, with water for humans and some treats for doggies! :)
