55Beautiful dog park!
55This spot is a lovely, securely-fenced and shady place for dogs to play. There were treats and water kindly provided. Our two pups had a great time!
45If you are visiting New Paltz with your pup, don't miss a trip to Laney's place! Very conveniently located - you can visit a friend/student at SUNY New Paltz, enjoy walking around this pup-friendly town, maybe get a bite to eat at a dog - friendly cafe - and cap off the day with a relaxing trip to Laney's. Indy and Ruger had a great time sniffing, sniffing, sniffing - every rock, stick and boulder. There were toys, dog treats, tons of tennis balls - water - even books for the humans and beautiful sitting areas. Clearly much attention was given to every detail. If you have a very reactive pup, they might be distracted, but most dogs should be fine. (I happen to have a very reactive Australian Shepard.) I couldn't help but think what a perfect place it would be on a hot summer day - so shady and cool! We had a great time! Thank you!
55Great spot! Varied terrain (hills, rocks, trees) made it more interesting for my dog. Anything we could possibly have needed (balls, chuck-it, treats, bags, comfy bench for people) was available. Sturdy fence. We had a great time and would love to return!
45Yard was nice with a lot of things to explore. Our dogs had a great time!
55Great Sniffspot! Lots of rocks and trees for sniffing, and the doggies had fun chasing each other around. Beautiful porch for sitting, with water for humans and some treats for doggies! :)

The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Above all, make training a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet. Visiting our agility yard is a direct contribution to our nonprofit One Dog One World's mission. We sincerely appreciate your support. onedogoneworld.org
