Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 3 3/4’- 4’ which contains most pups though some may scale it at the lowest points. There should be no gaps! Enjoy the toy rope hanging from the maple tree. Feel free to adjust height using the chain above the toy. There are also toys and treats in the bin on the back deck. When put up-the hammock, tables, and chairs are yours to enjoy! I will place seats in the yard sometimes if guests are more comfortable slightly distanced from the house. SPECIAL DEAL! 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot.
