There is a black planter hook with a welcome sign hanging by the fence. You may park there. (See last photo for reference). A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping or Alcohol and adults only on property with a maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Paws & Play is a fenced-in backyard with a pleasantly well maintained large lawn, with a sand pit that hosts seating and a fire pit. The yard has large trees providing shade in the afternoons & sunny warm mornings. A great place for your pawsome pup to get out their zoomies!

We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings.
