45This was our first sniff spot. The land is beautiful! I only had two complaints. The first being that the grass was very long, so there wasn’t really a clear area where we could explore without being nervous of where we were stepping and paying close attention. This was especially an issue for our smaller 12lb dog and I did have to hold her most of the time because the grass was too tall for her. There were also a lot of personal items (vehicles, vehicle parts, trash, mechanical parts, etc) laying around out back where you would be spending time, so if your dog is a “mouth explorer” I would recommend being careful and keeping them on a lead. Our off leash dog is pretty good at listening when to leave something alone, but our old girl isn’t so she stayed on leash the whole time or was held lol. I could see it being a possible issue for other dog owners..

35The grass is not mowed. We only stayed for about 15 min out of the hour we paid for. The dogs had a hard time with the tall grass. Would be 5 stars if grass was mowed.
35Most of the property was nice but on corner had a lot of junk and abandoned vehicles… we even encountered broken glass…. I would not feel comfortable letting a dog off leash in this area

55This is a really cool spot with tons of room for dogs to run. There's no fence, but the road is quiet and not in sight if you stick to the back half of the property. For the directionally challenged like me, you want the driveway with the house, not the gated pasture across the street. Drive past the house and the little outbuilding to park in the dirt driveway. Thanks to the friendly hosts for coming out to point me in the right direction!

This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    This was our first sniff spot. The land is beautiful! I only had two complaints. The first being that the grass was very long, so there wasn’t really a clear area where we could explore without being nervous of where we were stepping and paying close attention. This was especially an issue for our smaller 12lb dog and I did have to hold her most of the time because the grass was too tall for her. There were also a lot of personal items (vehicles, vehicle parts, trash, mechanical parts, etc) laying around out back where you would be spending time, so if your dog is a “mouth explorer” I would recommend being careful and keeping them on a lead. Our off leash dog is pretty good at listening when to leave something alone, but our old girl isn’t so she stayed on leash the whole time or was held lol. I could see it being a possible issue for other dog owners..

    The grass is not mowed. We only stayed for about 15 min out of the hour we paid for. The dogs had a hard time with the tall grass. Would be 5 stars if grass was mowed.
