Nine acre wooded lot with about two acres fully fenced. There are three separate fenced in areas which allow separation of small and large dogs if needed. Private and away from the main road. Offers shade during some parts of the day. Water bowl/hose available. (No restrooms available. No poop station so please use your own bags and discard of dog poop in trash can at front gate.) Located conveniently off the highway but back far enough to breathe away from traffic. The trail is an open space with hills that carves around 4 acres for short or long walks. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a small area that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to, but let me know ahead of time so i cam ensure its escape proof. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :) There are no farm animals accessible during your visit. The chickens will be in their concrete coop for safety and the horses have moved to better pastures.

Hi friends! I have a large, fenced in back yard for large/medium/smaller dogs. I also have a front and side yard that is not fenced that is more than 2 acres total. We live on a VERY safe, quiet, dead-end street in the heart of Carrollton. We are kind, accepting, and love everyone. Bring your fishing poles while your dog swims! We also have access to a private lake that very few people utilize. It has tons of fish and shallow areas for doggos to swim. We try to keep the grass short, but sometimes it gets a big longish. But we havent noticed any bug or rodent issues. We have 2 outdoor cats that will run to the neighbors if they see dogs. So no sweat there. We have indoor restrooms and places to lounge outdoors, snacks, and water. Bring your lawnchair and utilize the outdoor firepit, swings for the kiddos, and castle playhouse.
