Ginny's Private Dog Park In Overland Park

Hello dear friends of Overland Park. I am Tulga from Mongolia. Living in this wonderful city for couple of years. I was blessed to buy house in the heart of old Overland Park downtown and happy to share my backyard (an acre) for your wonderful dogs. Please bear with me i am new homeowner and have lots to do in my backyard.

Large fenced backyard with lots of bushes and some large trees. There is a small waterfall that goes into a small pool but not going in fall and winter. The only downside is the gates are metal with openings so would not work for smaller dogs that can get through. Parking is available in the driveway.

Hi, we have 9 acres of land with a large fully stocked fishing and swimming pond and walking/riding trails in the woods around our home. 2 seperate trails for you and your dog to enjoy. Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friend as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available. This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) Please feel free to post photos of your pup/pups enjoying our yard

I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Just added an automatic tennis ball launcher for the pups. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage to guide you in. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink tub for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poop baggies provided and at two different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have 150ft of patio lighting and an LED flood light around the main area of the Sniff Spot. The lights are bright and now you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. I am in a profession where I can work nights and sleep during the day. My Sniff Spot is open 24/7 and I also cater to the day sleepers and night awake folks. You can book at 2:00am if you choose. The main area of the Sniff Spot is fully lit with the hung patio lights. Pictures are posted. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. Fully fenced in back yard. Perfect for small or medium dogs. It is a privacy fence so no visual of dogs. There maybe barking and dogs on either side of the fence at any given time.
