35If you have a reactive dog know there are multiple people in this house with different schedules. You could come into contact with someone. The latch is not strong enough for the door and can come open on a windy day.
55Amazing yard. Very good amount of land for the area. There are spots to sit and many areas for the dogs to explore. I would highly recommend.
55With all the rain the backyard is so beautiful and overflowing with plants and wild violets. The host is always so responsive and respectful and is open to feedback and suggestions on how to make the place better. This was our second time and we might start to come regularly
55Leo has such a good time here. There is so much for him to explore and there is a nice seating area and table to enjoy while your puppy plays. The greenery is so beautiful and works perfect for hiding treats for a fun snuffle game. The gate has been fix and keeps my large dog from escaping.
45Sam loves his visits. It’s our third visit and the owner has made repairs to address issues and is receptive and continues ask for and take advise. The gate has been mended and there is chickenwire from the fence to the ground to close the small gap at the bottom of the privacy fence that already existed which is additional security. My boy and his guest are medium and large sized and were totally secure. On the rather long privacy fence that isnt a risk for our dogs but does have a 2-3 loose boards that have a fence behind them that may be an issue for small dogs. This spot is Bullmastiff and playful Pittie proven by and Sam and his playdate Rizzo who have already decided we will return soon! With continued improvements and the great spot this will soon be another hard to book spot!
45This was our 3rd visit and my boy loves it. A large backyard that is deep and has some light foliage toward the rear of the spot for the doggos to wonder. On our first visit the gate wasn’t ideal and requires some rigging. The owner is easy to contact and open to suggestions and mended the gate (closed the Spot until it was secure). The property is surrounded by a tall privacy fence and there have been no distractions on any of our visits. The privacy fence has chicken wire at the small gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence which will be great for smaller puppers. There are a few small repairs needed and the owner has been receptive and closes the site temporarily to mend the gate. My boy is a sizable Bullmastiff and today a friend joined us with her medium sized Pitt mix and always felt our felt out furr kids were secure. I look forward to bringing Sam back. I believe this will be like another spot or two we use frequently that are great spots with receptive owners and will eventually become a busy Spot.
35Great location. It’s a new Sniffspot and the yard is awesome. As mentioned in another review the gate needs repaired and a few other small issues addressed. The owner is very communicable and receptive to ideas and is currently addressing the gate. For now I would say the site is more suitable to med-large dogs as the fence is secure but does have some smaller gaps. We look forward to visiting again. My experience communicating with the owner has been positive and I believe they will turn this into a 5 star top spot in no time. Thank you for sharing your Spot,
25Once the yard is cleaned up, gate fixed and amenities in place it will be a great yard for your pups to explore and run.
15The gate does not close to keep your dog in the area. The photos are not current or accurate. Was unable to use space.

We moved back to the KC area last year and are in the process of turning our new home into a doggy wonderland. Our team of three runs a full time pet care company including doggy daycare, boarding, and drop in visits for all sorts of animal species. As pet care lovers and trainers, we understand the importance of having a private, secure space to work or be with your dog for whatever reason. Our nearly 3 acre backyard is fully fenced, at least our 5 lb chihuahua, daycare dogs, and dozens of sniffspotters have yet to find a way out. While we try our best to maintain our yard, sometimes the grass gets high or there are fallen branches. If grass length is a deal breaker, just ask! We'll let you know if it's gotten high or is freshly mowed. There is a detached garage with an old chicken coop with a hole in the door in the middle of the yard. We're aware the hole is there, we don't have immediate plans to fix it, and we don't mind if your dog wanders into it. The yard backs up to the highway. It can get a little loud, but it's pretty much white noise to us and our dogs. Aside from the highway, it's generally a quiet spot. There is a smaller fenced in area of the backyard we use for dog training. You can use that or the main yard. There's a large circle drive at the entrance of our property. You can either open the large double gate and park behind the fence or you can park by the fence and swing open the smaller gate to walk in. Near the carport is a shelf with poo bags, our business cards, grooming wipes, a grooming towel, dog water bowls, and usually some extra tennis balls. Let us know if anything is missing! There's a trash can by the carport, as well as a waste station halfway down the yard (trash can and additional poo bags) and another in our smaller fenced in area. There's a spigot by the carport and another at the RV port that can be used to fill water bowls or play with. We don't have lighting in the backyard, but can turn on the lights under the carport, should you ever desire. Feel free to move around chairs or table or use the swing. Note, this is our home and we're constantly working on our property. There are piles of firewood, wheelbarrows, and the occasional rake left out leaning against the shed.
