Hello and Welcome! We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Fully Fenced Private yard with pool

Have a big backyard for dogs to run and play. If you bring your children there is a playset. There is a trampoline please do not use it, it is broken. There is a pool let me know if you will be using it in your visit. Please park all the way in the back by the garage, we will always leave a spot so no cars are blocked

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is. There are chickens in our neighbors yard to the right side and blocked off best we can.
