Front pasture fully fenced with picnic table. Please use gate near the flag pole. Please keep the dog on the leash until it is entered in the fenced area and gate is fully closed. Fence borders one side with neighbor dogs and one side with chicken run.

Our property is not fenced, so you'll need good recall and perhaps some treats. While I am sure there could be rattlesnakes here, we have not seen one in the 9 years we have been on this property. Snow Update: It appears we MIGHT be getting snow this week. It’s out hope that it sticks around so our snow “race track” can finally be created for 2025/2026. Lets home the weather people are correct! Our property is 2 acres of mixed hog fence of 4 ft and no climb fence at 6 ft. The hog fence may be large enough for small dogs to get through. There are deer and turkey regularly around. We have a mix of open field and woods! Also, you will hear dogs inside our house barking. The entrance will be a man gate by the large garage. There’s parking for 2-3 cars. The patio by the house is private. If your dogs choose to dig in the open field, that is fine. We try to keep no digging around the house itself. Please drive down the dirt driveway slowly to keep the dust down, and to respect the other homes. We hope you enjoy your time here!!
