The hot tub is a great addition- lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Fun and scenic space with a beautiful view of sunsets and The Hardrock guitar shining on the lake. The yard is fully fenced with a side entry gate that allows for easy access. There is a ship wire fence where the lake view is. If you don’t want your dog to go into the lake, just be aware that it’s there and the deck is elevated above it and there is a gate that is closed so it does not allow entry. If you want to kayak for an additional fee, you are welcome to do so after signing a waiver. Dogs are allowed on the kayaks. Aside from the expansive wooden deck, there is a large concrete deck area with a fire pit, sofas and dining table too. Plenty of room for dogs to run and have fun. There are plenty of seating options available for humans to relax as well as a small pavilion to sit under if preferred. The sunsets and evening times are the best time to enjoy it. There will be water bowls with alkaline filtered water for your dogs. Be aware there is a large, stable Buddha statue pond and the pond water is not filtered. My pup doesn’t bother with it at all, but I do want any visitors to be aware of it. I do have a hose and a kiddy pool as an extra amenity if requested in advance. Please make sure your dog has fully up to date vaccines so as to keep it a safe environment for all visitors and my new puppy, Truffle! Rabies and Parvo in particular. Also, please be sure to let me know in advance of booking or book with at least 24 hours notice. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you soon!

The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is fully fenced in. The Neighborhood is very dog friendly.
