There was some miscommunication about this sniff spot with the hosts. A gentleman came out of the house to ask if he could help us. We told him we had booked the yard as a sniff spot. He seemed confused, so I verified in the app that I was at the correct address- he confirmed it was the correct address. I told him it was labeled as Jennifer’s spot- he said that’s his wife, so she must have done this without telling him. I asked him if he wanted us to leave- he told us no. We stayed a little bit longer but felt very awkward so we left after 10 minutes. I’m going to guess since there was no communication about having the yard be a sniff spot there was no preparation for us- the hosts have a dog and the yard had poop all over the place. The gate openings had a slight gap, even when closed. Tiny dogs may be able to escape. There were a few things laying around the yard that were not dog safe- an empty paint thinner can, etc. Overall not a good experience.
Great size yard. Plenty of areas to explore.
