There isn't much to it, which makes it a great spot for dogs. There are places to sniff and explore, and very quiet neighbors. You can park in the cul-de-sac and make your way to the back. Easy, large, private, and pretty hard to destroy.

This is a huge yard with semi shaded areas. Most is grass. But there are areas of pine straw and also some wooded areas within the yard. This is a little over 1/4 acre of fenced area and plenty of room to run. But there is chain link fence in a small section. There are sometimes cars but almost never people or dogs directly visible from that area.

A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, three dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to.
