My house is on a hill- I have a huge yard & fully fenced (brand new). I have a water hose easily accessible to fill your pups water bowls. I am on a corner, parking & entrance easily accessible. There is no HOA so we will have NO issues.

I understand you are looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup/babies to run! Two chairs and a side table under a shaded patio for your comfort. I do have a sweet friendly Golden retriever so if your dog is friendly and need a companion to play with, I can let my dog around.

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.
