The yard features five mature trees that you may sometimes find birds and squirrels playing in. Your dog will love exploring the lush turf and grass yard sections, ideal for running, playing, and lounging. For those pups who enjoy a good dig, we've included a dedicated dirt patch just for them. Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. Come and let your dog experience the perfect blend of space, privacy, and fun at our little haven!

Welcome to our backyard! The yard is fully fenced, providing a safe space for you and your pup to roam free. There's plenty of room for fetch, sniffing, and some fun toys. We hope to have you visit soon!

There are some booking times which work work better than others, and I want to plan with you to care for your dog's needs.** **Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

Plenty of room to run and play. We have 2 friendly dogs. If you want them to stay and play, please let me know. Our default is to keep them inside.
