No children under 10 in the pool with dogs unless prior to approval. The space is private. No other dogs will be present. The yard is fenced. 5ft chain link. Yard is very private with large hedges. Only one side has a neighbor. They do not have pets. We do have 2 feral cats on property. They typically hang out in the front, sitting under cars or in the upper landscape area. We request that all food is to be brought in. No delivery services, please. Clean up any and all food and waste. We provide trash cans and recycle cans. We provide fresh water for your pup, poop bags with disposal. Toys, balls, and doggie life vests. No glass, please. Please clean up after your pups.
