15TAKE CAUTION & BEWARE OF SCAM / FRAUD/ UNSTABLE HOST!!!!! I booked this spot for my dogs birthday for 2 dogs 3 adults (i have screenshots and order receipts for proof) we did not choose the pool add on option as our dogs don’t like water but we chose the spot for the gorgeous views and to have a place for my apartment dog to run free. Rosana consistently re-confirmed that we were not going to use the pool about 5 times. I thought that was weird from the start as i told her multiple times i was aware of what we booked. My sister, her fiance and the 2 dogs arrived before me since I was stuck in traffic. Within 5 mins of being there, Rosanna came to the window to talk to them & let them know the policy is “1 dog, 1 human” they assured her we booked correctly for 2 dogs 3 humans and to check the booking. Even tried to show her the booking themselves but she immediately caught an attitude and told them she “doesn’t need to check the app” because it’s “not her problem, it’s her property and her policy.” She then came outside, and as they were leashing the dogs up, she absolutely lost it out of nowhere and started yelling at them to leave the property, and kept saying that they were “exploiting” her and that we only paid for 1 dog 1 human? At this point, she’s having a full blown mental break- My sister went to grab 2 pup cup ice creams for our dogs that SHE brought herself and Rosanna physically got in her face and tried to grab her claiming those were hers not ours. (Mind you she had snacks for all guests and there are signs that say so, also she sent me messages stating we could help ourselves to the snacks, toys, etc.) she said we couldn’t have any snacks as those were only for “VIP” people who booked the pool! It seemed like she was on drugs as this came out of nowhere. She was non stop yelling to leave, even followed them all the way to the car and as we started recording her, she started recording too saying we were illegally on her property etc. We then found out later that she doesn’t even own this property, she works for the owner!! She told us she was a doctor, then she said she was a retired teacher, then she said she was disabled. She is a complete fraud and we will be taking legal action! I’m still in shock at everything that happened. I’m writing this to not only warn others (also quite fishy that she has only been a member on here for a month and has over 50 reviews??) but to get this account BANNED! Cross Boulders waterfall creek to other side of the pool. Infinity edge pool with view and a Baja (little beach area pow deep to acclimate the pooches.)
