    great as always!

This was our first sniff spot after being fed up with dog park goers choosing to bring non-friendly dogs into the parks. One of my dogs was bitten last week, needing sutures in his ear. This was a breath of fresh air, with a nice, large, quiet yard to ourselves - toys and water included!

Very clean and fun spot for the two pups!

Had a great time spending Archie’s 3rd Gochya Day at this Sniffspot sprinkling rain and all. The yard was very clean, fresh water, toys and poop receptacle provided along w seating, and a table w a shade/rain umbrella for us humans.

Great yard! Cute little seating area if it’s sunny, and not muddy when it’s wet outside. One thing to note is that the stairs to the deck aren’t blocked at all, so if you have dogs who want to explore everything you’ll want to be able to call them back down.

Great spot in Seattle. The yard is spacious, sun and shade. The gate and parking couldn’t be any easier. I was there on a weekday, but it was very quiet. Not many people or dogs walking by. Will definitely book again!

Great location! The backyard was perfect for my dogs. He can left toys, a water bowl, and a small trash can! I would definitely book again!

Pig Beach (near Port Ludlow)

A .63 acre dog sanctuary for you and your pup. The yard is well maintained with dog friendly grass and has incredible views of the Hood Canal and Puget Sound. If you're interested, there is private beach access for you and your pup to explore miles of beach (public but almost always empty). There is a tetherball on site and numerous other dog toys available as well. Regarding the beach, there are approximately 50 steps which you will need to climb up and down to access the beach so please wear proper footwear. As this is on the Hood Canal and not a lake or a pond, tides impact the size of the beach. If you are hoping to walk endless miles of beach, the tide will need to be at 2ft or below. Anything under 4ft will give you a massive area (probably 1/2 mile or more) and almost guaranteed private area as only people with stairs can access the beach at this tide level. Though the beach is open at any point, I think the maximum height you would probably want to go is about 6.5ft. This still gives you and your dog a decent sized area to play in (approximately 500ft by 30ft or 1/2 acre). Photo 16 shows a shot of the beach at 6.25ft with a very large sandy area for you and your pup to play in. Anything above 6.5 ft is not recommended as the beach just gets thinner and thinner, but you're able to try if you want. (no refunds given if you don't like what you find). You are also responsible for checking out the tides before you go. Legally, I can't recommend any specific source for you to use, but you might find good information Googling "tide chart port ludlow". Regarding ADA Accessibility, my property is on a gently sloping hill. To access it, there are 2 very wide concrete steps to get to the grass. This would be doable for somene on crutches and probably ok for a regular wheelchair if you had a second person to help lower you to each step and pull you up. It's definitely not accessible to a motorized wheelchair. Sorry.
