my dogs will be kept inside unless request for playdate, the property is big enough to escape any barking noise from inside our home.

we have ducks in a secure coop & an outdoor cat that roams freely but we are happy to get her inside before your visit if needed; please use all effort to prevent your dog from chasing her. ***if there is concern regarding the cat outside during your visit, advance notice is required if the cat needs to be inside for your scheduled visit.

Sometimes

this is generally a very quiet neighborhood in the country. you may have an occasional car or delivery vehicle going to surrounding property & an occasional walker but no through traffic as this is a dead-end gravel road with no culdesac. property is under 24hr video surveillance & we have a very good neighborhood watch as we're a small community of only 8 homes. Gate opens out, you'll use the keypad to enter & will need to use the same keypad, reach over the fence, to exit.

You will have an individual visit gate code that expires daily. Parking is outside fence along side of gravel road...plenty of space as no thru traffic.
