We love seeing pictures of other dogs enjoying our ranch as much as our dogs do. We are located in a quiet canyon and only 5 miles from Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and the 101 freeway. We have 98 acres for our animal rescue, boarding, and training facility. You are welcome to use the acre dog park or the 3/4 acre Agility park, and any toys and Chuck-its with tennis balls. We wash our tennis balls daily so you will have freshly cleaned ones. You may also use our hiking trails which entail flat, semi flat, hilly and full steep mountain hiking options. 🌴Welcome To Our Oasis🌴 Large, fully-fenced, grass backyard with adjacent patio! Listen to the birds and sound of the wind in the trees while you enjoy quality time with your pup. Plenty of seating options in the sun or shade for humans, grassy shade options for pups in the late afternoon hours. A great place for energetic pups to play catch, for smaller dogs to wander and sniff safely, and for older dogs to roll and relax peacefully in the sun. Fresh water, toys and treats for pups always available. Poop bags for their human helpers, along with Wi-Fi, hand sanitizer, and outdoor outlets. Ample, non-permitted street parking available on our quiet street, and lots of gorgeous sunshine. It’s our oasis and we are excited to share it with you!

Lovely grassy play area has shade trees and seating. (Well, as “grassy” as drought watering restrictions allow now) The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for dogs to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing.

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them.

A beautiful orchard with plenty of space to run around while human can sit on couch and watch doggies play :) No dogs allowed on couch! that’s for humans to chill :)

This private park is up a private road in a secluded enclave. Over 1/2 an acre, three levels, many sitting spots, a view of the valley. This park is our labor of love.
