Description

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

I have been involved in the dog community since 1989 when I got my first Border Collie. I competed in agility with my Border Collies for 20 years and traveled all over the USA and competed for US Agility Teams in Europe several times. In 1999 I bred my first litter of Border Collies and was named AKC Breeder of the Year for Agility in 2014. Since 2001 my husband Russ and I have been taking care of all breeds of dogs when their owner's go on vacation or need caretaking with our All Dogs Rule boarding facility located on our Fillmore CA ranch.

A Little Backyard Paradise for You & Your Pup Welcome to your dog’s own private little getaway! Our spacious, fully private backyard is designed for dogs to run, play, sniff, splash, and simply be dogs while their humans can actually relax and enjoy themselves, too. You’ll have private access to the backyard, so there’s no sharing the space with strangers or other dogs. The yard features soft, clean turf, plenty of shade, and a refreshing pool for pups who love to cool off and make a splash! And because we believe the humans deserve to be spoiled too, there’s a comfortable shaded area with tables and chairs where you can sit back, enjoy a snack, and watch your pup have the time of their life. We also provide complimentary snacks and refreshments for both pups and their people, because the little extras are what make a visit feel special. Whether your dog needs a safe place to burn off some energy, a private space to practice training, a fun pool day, or simply some uninterrupted sniffing and exploring, we want you to feel like you’ve found your dog’s favorite place away from home. Come relax. Let your dog play. Stay awhile. This is their backyard but you’re welcome to enjoy it too! We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry family! 🤗
